CARGGO is a third party logistics provider (3PL) targeted at US market. I developed fundamental principles for its user interfaces, created design system, defined guidelines, grids and styles. Both web and mobile application interfaces were designed according to these rules.
There are two main units on the client side: order management system (OMS) and order request. To get a rate user need to specify initial requirements. After getting results either choose one or tune more fitting, and then complete all missing information.

OMS is a key part for both broker and a client sides. It provides all the tools for managing orders, tracking their states, filtering, editing, searching and manipulating them.
OMS has a table based interface with a responsive order details panel which can be displayed in two modes: collapsed and a fully expanded; and it allows to quickly switch between depending on purpose.
CARGGO design system was introduced on the early stage of prototyping and based on atomic design principles. It had been developing during whole time of design process to get complete state providing components for all cases - from the very primitives to complicated ones nesting one to another. It consists of 80+ components and "molecules" based on them.
Additionally to the library, "cookbook" was designed with detailed prescriptions, guides and explanations to let developers keep service consistent: grids defining UI behaves, styles, guidelines describing how to correctly use components in patterns.
